Has anyone seen this error before:
"sdb.M0033:An error occured when binding instance "ScBoostClk" of symbol "cy_clock_v1_60": (The given key was not present in the dictionary.)
File: PGA_v1_70.cysch
I find it weird that my project does not include a PGA in it (however my workspace does) yet I'm still getting this error when I build. It seems to come and go randomly, meaning I can build it perfectly sometimes, and other times it throws this error. Currently I changed a digital output pin to a digital output and input pin so that I can write a value to it and also have it drive the clock of my counter. In doing so it brought about the above error.
Show LessHello,
i am trying to work opamp as "adder" (adding two analog signals with different frreq) ,but i am facing some errors in connecting resistors to the analog input pins. Please say how to avoid this.
I have shown the schematic diagram and errors in pic
Show LessI've been told by tech support that it's possible, and I will need 2 I2S components to get audio data.
It's all fine. The problem is that I2S components operate ONLY in master mode.
According to the datasheet, when I issue an API call I2S_Start(), the I2S component starts generation of the SCK (bit clock) and WS (LR clock).
But since I start two I2S components sequentially, issuing 2 API calls,
these components are not going to be synchronous.
And since I can use only one component (both are in a master mode !) to synchronize external DSP (source of audio),
the input audio data on the second I2S component is NOT going to be synchronous to it's CLK and WS clocks.
I tried to contact tech support with this question, they told me that in order to reach a person who knows about it,
I need to create a web case, which will be answered in 24 hours.
It's already 24 x 3 hours, and no response
Does anyone have an idea how to deal with this problem ?
Or multiple I2S just don't work in this situation ?
Thank you,
Gennady
hi sir, i have doubt regarding the leds using to measure the oxygen concentration in human bieng , we design the sytem with a clip ,on one side of the clip we place a two leds. My question is why only we use red, infrared leds. why not other leds. What is the technical reason behind that .
Show LessI went through the Schematic of analog components and the routing.
i see that 2 pins of same port connect to same AG.
if i am using same two pins how is that the the pins are identified individually .
Another question is that - are the analog componets spread across the entire chip or restricted to one part of the chip.
Show LessHello,
May i know for what purpose " PSoC_3_SelfTest.hex " is used ,i saw in the site http://www.cypress.com/?rID=37464 but i didnt get any information about that..
Show LessI try to run CY8CKIT-001 PSoC 3 example project for CY8CKIT-023. I cannot program it due to "The hex file does not match with the acquired device, please check the device" error. I tried to change ES2 device to ES3 however on new version of Creator, there does not an option to select ES. When I try to program the device via Creator, there does not exist a connect button on port acquire.
How can I program this project on CY8C3866AXI-040 successfully?
Thanks.
Show LessHello,
I gave an analog signal to ADC (input voltage=1.5v), i am taking the output from VDAC using DMA, here the output signal is getting amplified. may i know why the input signal is amplified ?
The configuration and Schematic diagram which i kept is shown in pic.
Here if i keep input offset=0 i am getting distorted output,what should i do to avoid this?
Show LessHello,
I'm new on FX2LP development I have some issues with my device configuration and I want to check all register values I modified on my function TD_INIT(void) with a vendor command,
Below you can see my vendor command code:
/****************************************************************/
case VR_USB_TEST_DESIGN:
EP0BUF[0] = EP2FIFOCFG;
EP0BUF[1] = EP4FIFOCFG;
EP0BUF[2] = EP6FIFOCFG;
EP0BUF[3] = EP8FIFOCFG;
EP0BUF[4] = PINFLAGSAB;
EP0BUF[5] = PORTACFG;
EP0BUF[6] = EP2CFG;
EP0BUF[7] = EP6CFG;
EP0BUF[8] = EP4CFG;
EP0BUF[9] = EP8CFG;
EP0BCH = 0;
EP0BCL = 10; // Arm endpoint with 10 bytes to transfer
EP0CS |= bmHSNAK;
break;
/****************************************************************/
It is a good way to check the FX2LP register values?
Show LessHello all
i implemented a parallel communication method.
Master sends a signal, triggering timer in slave( both master and slave are working at same clock). Master puts out data on 8 pins. After the timer in the slave generates terminal count, it reads the 8 pins and ack the Master.
The protocol seems working well for me, but everyone recommends standard protocols like SPI, UART.
Why is this...... is there a chance of messing around with the data values.........
i dont care about no of pins used.
