Is the XRES output of MiniProg3 configured as push-pull or as open-drain?
Thank you in advance.

Hi @EnPa_1371286 ,
The XRES output pin on the MinProg3 has a strong drive configuration and there are no pull-ups or pull-downs on the same.
Warm Regards

XRES is determine by the chip being programmed. XRES is active high for PSoC1 parts (CY8cC2xxxx), and active low for PSoC4 and PSoC5LP. This is stated in the respective datasheets for the parts.

Clarification:
When XRES is asserted high, there is a pull down to vss when off.
When XRES is asserted low, there is a pull up to vdd when off.
