I do not have a pulse  at the WaveDAC8 outputs wc1 or wc2 after the value table is done. I reduced the problem to the Project ‘2_WaveDAC8_TwoWaves’ from the example workspace AN69133. In this example, I measure a static sine as configured in waveform 1 at the output. I also routed signal wc1 to a pin to observe with an oscilloscope, there is no pulse.

My system :

CY8CKIT-059 (CY8C5888LTI-LP097)

PSoC Creator  4.2 (4.2.0.641)

OS Version: Windows 10 (Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.16299.0)

the WCI output goes high for two bus clocks at the end of waveform 1.

1: check the bus clk

2: sch

3: the p0.5 oscilloscope screenshot

The pulse width is 1/24 *2= 85us.

When you test the project, if the P0.0 has output, it means the WC1/2 signal generated.

You are absolutely right, It works as described. I had just set the wrong project 'active' in the workspace, and so the wrong project was loaded. Thanks for the answer and excuse my stupid question..
