Hi @shuvra1,
CY8CKIT-059 PSoC™ 5LP Prototyping Kit has the device CY8C5888LTI-LP097, which is also the device used for your PSoC Creator project.
You may make necessary changes to your project as per the requirements, and once these are done, build the project by going to Build -> Build Design01.
You will find the hex file "Design01.hex" for the project in the following path: ...\Potentiostat\Design01.cydsn\CortexM3\ARM_GCC_541\Debug
Hope this is what you are looking for 😊
I see a hex file in the archive zipfile : ...\Potentiostat\Archive\Potentiostat.cywrk.Archive01.zip\Potentiostat\Design01.cydsn\CortexM3\ARM_GCC_541\Debug. You may even take a look at this if it is still valid for your use case.
Regards,
Nikhil

I see that this is related to https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0201353. We recommend you to get in touch with the author(s) of the dissertation for the dissertation specific implementation/details.
If you have any PSoC related queries, please mention them so that we can take a closer look at them.
