Reflow process microcontroler

Dear community,

In aim to prepare a refurbishing procedure to replace PSCOC3 microcontroler CY8C36  (100-pin TQFP package), I would like to know how many reflow process  the component could accept ?

Before refurbish, the component had 1 reflow heating and 2 others will be abble to be done.

The acceptable reflow time is 3 times.
