Hi,
I saw your page, the project seems very interesting!
BTW the error message displayed in the PSoC Programmer suggests that
(1) KitProg is fine
(2) PSoC 5LP on the main board is not communicating with KitProg.
Probably something is preventing the main part from working.
From the picture with a comment "(Metallic pins wont touch eachother)",
I would suspect that some of the soldering of jumpers short each other.
Please double check if there is/are any pin short(s) in the back of CY8CKIT-059.
I hope that your project will go well!

Dear Heikkonen-san,
> I didnt see any shorts but i am thinking of desoldering it fully and see if that helps.
It must be a time consuming and somewhat risky operation,
so it's difficult for me to recommend it to others.
But if I were you I would also try it.
