Hello Team Members,

I am new to Cypress devices as well as community.

Currently i am searching on the PLCC solution over AC line @ 230V which we normally have at our home.

I want to transmit Audio signals over PLCC lines and receive same on the other end without any loss.

What can be the maximum data rate by which we can transfer audio signals?

Can you suggest such possible solutions which can support to transmit audio signals.

Which modulation technic will be supported for Audio signal transmission?

Let me know if you need more info.

Thanks

Hardik Raval

Hardik,

Wire lines audio was popular some 20 years ago. Since then WiFi and Bluetooth took over as cheaper and safer alternatives.

For wire lines consider I2S or SPDIF for transmitting the data. There are some Cypress examples and some user examples on the forums.

Hi Bota,

Can you please share me specific links than it would be more helpful for me to refer.

Getting more specific is that if i play Music on one end and that music after travelling over AC power-line i must be able to listen on the receiver end.

Is it possible to transmit such data in terms of music?

Please share your feedback.

Thanks & RegardsHardik Rawal

Hardik,

I don't have good links, please check this one

Re: Implement an UDP for getting a high frequency input

I believe that such project is advanced and not easy to implement. It will also require extra external hardware, such as codec to convert SPDIF into sound. I beliieve that WiFi is more promising.
