I am trying to program my board with MiniProg3 and it fails 99% of the time on this particular board. I don't have this issue with my other board. I tried different frequencies and it didn't seem to help. Most times, the program counts all the way up to 1020 (of 1024) and it throws the message "There was an error while programming the device: PSoC Programmer reported error (100 - FAILED! Timeout of SPC polling. Lost communication with chip (Status = 0x26))"
Below is a screenshot of my schematic. I removed the netnames for IP reasons, but the JTAG connection is there. I am using CY8C5888AXQ-LP096. I don't think this is due to a bad component. I have two boards with this issue and one works.

Interesting but not sure if it's relevant. The programmer successfully programs the flash and the fail message comes with "Doing protect" Not quite sure what that means.
