PSoC1 Digital Block enable sources

I'm using CY8C29666 to generate two inverted PWM signals. That worked fine.

Now I want to enable and disable that PWM block using other PWM with much lower clock, like I show in the image.

I connected the enable input of my PWMDB to the output of the other PWM,  but this is not working.

Previously, I've used a Counter to feed the Clock signal to an UART, so I expected this to work. Am I missing something on this? Any information would help.
