I suppose you want to gate the Row Digital Output by means of firmware. You can do that by change the function in Row Digital Interconnect Logic Table. Since you are using the OR function, I presume that the output in inactive state is 1, and in the active state follows the RO0[1]. In firmware you can change the function of the LUT to "TRUE" for inactivating the output, and back to "A OR B" for activating the output.
