The SAR data sheet defines three different sample rate limits, A_SAMP_1, 2, 3, could you confirm that using the single ended mode with VDAC as the reference , with external bypass capacitor is subject to A_SAMP_1, 1Msps?
A_SAMP_1 rate is applicable for bypassed option for external and internal sources. So for VDAC reference with with external bypass capacitor , A_SAMP_1, 1Msps is valid.
