Hi.

My customer wants to mount the CY8C5288LTI-LP090 on a board.
So we need the footprint and stencil information.
I have found the information below.
https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/packages/PG-VQFN/PG-VQFN-68-801/

It says to refer to "IPC-7351. Generic Requirements for Surface Mount", is there any footprint and stencil drawing information provided by Infineon?

I'm sorry for the information of other companies, but if you have the following information, development will go smoothly.

https://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/aemDocuments/documents/corporate-responsibilty/environmental/mat...

best regards
