Is there a way to read Vddd and Vdda without using extra analog pins (and voltage divider)?
Running on power boost, and just need to monitor actual system voltages.
Thanks

Usual solution: measure the internal reference voltage, using Vdda as the reference for the ADC. From the result you can calculate the actual Vdda.
I don't think that you can use Vddd are reference for the ADC, though.
