Hi @shuvra1 

As working electrode, Reference Electrode and counter Electrode is connected to analog devices(opamp and TIA) so connect these electrodes to analog pins of PSoC 5lp. Like CE is output of opamp so assign these pin to opamp Vout, RE has to assign to Vminus of opamp. Similarly you can do for all the pins. Hi @shuvra1,

WE is also connected to the negative terminal of TIA(basically it's an opamp)  so connected this pin to the Vminus of the opamp.
