Hello All, I have noticed that this question has been posted but the solution was a wiring issue. Can someone help point out the counterfeit PSoC 5LP in this photo attached?

Hi,
Can you connect a debugger to each boards in the picture?
If you can, PSoC Programmer can be used to probe the device and its ID.
And if PSoC Programmer detect the device as CY8C5868AXI-LP035,
the chance is very high that the device is CY8C5868AXI-LP035.
I just tested with CY8CKIT-059, which has CY8C5888LTI-LP097,
I connected the board via KitProg and started PSoC Programmer.
I selected Port Selection "KitProg/...", actually it was the only one showed here,
I selected the button [Load from device] in the right most pane "Memory Types".
Then it showed "Automatically Detected Device: CY8C5888LTI-LP097"
Some time ago, another user asked question that his device was reported as "Unknown device"
in this step.
So if the device under question is really a poor counterfeit, you can tell it at this point.
Then I wonder if the counterfeit device identify itself as "CY8C5868AXI-LP035", I wonder what we can do with it.

BrLe,
Do you have evidence of counterfeit parts?
Cypress will have to weigh in on the picture you attached.
Here is a related posting.
