No, the hex file of another device (CY8C5888LTI-LP097 in this case) should not be programmed to a different device. Please refer to the solution in this thread - Can I program one hex file into different type PSoC?

I am not sure if I understood your query. Can you please let me know if you are checking if the PSoC 5LP device or the KitProg in CY8CKIT-059 can program the CY8C5868AXI-LP032 device or if the CY8CKIT-059 hex file can be programmed to a CY8C5868AXI-LP032 device?
