Hi,

We would like to connect Windows 10 mobile OS and PSoC5LP with USB CDC.

We can connect with PC of Windows 10 OS without problems but can not connect with Windows 10 mobile OS.

USB serial driver (Usbser.sys) - Windows drivers | Microsoft Docs

Although it is described in the NOTE of the above URL,

"With the new in-box INF, Usbser.sys is automatically loaded if a USB-to-serial device is detected on the mobile device."

May not recognize USB CDC of PSoC5LP on Windows 10 mobile?
Or if it is a USB HID it can be recognized automatically?

Hello,

As you have mentioned the Win 10 Mobile OS will already have USB Serial and USB HID drivers already. The device should automatically bind to those drivers. Can you also test with any other USB HID/CDC device (not essentially PSoC devices) and see if you see a similar result or not.

Thanks,

Hima

Mineda-san,

Could you share more details or log about the issue you met?

Which kind of error is it?

Thanks,

Ryan

It seems there was a problem with our connection method.

I'm sorry for confusing you.

It worked fine on Windows 10 mobile.
