psoc creator 4.3 and on compiling the code, it stucks on tech mapping

Hi,

I have installed psoc creator 4.3 on my machine(windows 10) and once i tried to compile the code then it shows tech mapping and then it stuck. I have done all the preliminary diagnostics like reinstalling the software, restart the machine etc.

could you please get me some suggestions to solve this issue.
