psoc Creator 4.4 , i can not drag component in top design anymore

I do not understand why I can not drag component on top design...

in new or old project

There is a possibility that you are in a component drawing mode. If this is the case, click on topdesign.cysch in the project explorer.
If that doesn't work, click on Window in the Creator toolbar, then click on Reset Layout, this will revert to the default state.
If that doesn't work, let me know and we will find next steps.

It is working, now,

I did an update of cyboot component, but I needed to reboot my computer? I can not say what happened exactly,

maybe the reboot was enough, may be I was on this drawing mode you tell  me about, I can not be sure.
