miniprog programming

Is there a way to program a hex file without PC or laptop when using the miniprog3/4?

We need a simple programming method by connecting power to the miniprog without a PC on the production line.

For example, it means the function to program after saving the hex file in the memory of miniprog.

Or,

if there is a third-party product that provides these features, please let me know.

The MiniProg 3/4 programmer do not provide this feature to flash a controller without the intervention of a PC or Laptop.
