The find me Bluetooth routine alert uuid is 1802 and the cysmart terminal is 2800. Why?

0x2800 is the UUID for the Primary Service declaration. They are different UUID values for different attribute types as shown in below image. 

Immediate Alert service UUID value is 0x1802.
