Please set the 'Debug Select' to SWD in 'Design Wide Resources' as shown in attached image. Please refer to the attached 'PSoC4_BLE_Capsense_Proximity' project.

Hello,

Please check that the 'Debug Select' setting under 'Programming/Debugging' in the 'Design Wide Resources' is set to SWD pins. When you select SWD, pins P0[6] and P0[7] will be dedicated for debugging only and you will not be able to use them as GPIOs.
Are you using the MiniProg for debugging ? If yes, then please let me know the version which you are using.
If possible, please share your project for testing at our end.
