good morning evry one
Am working on a project with psoc 4, i want to pilot a motor brushless with a drive carte "BLHD30K", and i want to calculat the speed motor!!
this drive carte give a Pulse signals (pulse width: 0.3 ms) of 30 pulses per revolution of the motor output shaft are output in synchronism with the motor drive.
Motor speed can be calculated by measuring the SPEED output frequency.
Motor speed [tr/min] =(SPEED output frequency (hz)*60)/30
SPEED output frequency =1/T
like that i can also calculat the position of the motor by using an interruption every 30pulse -----> one revolution (tour),
but i dont khnow how to calculat that? any idea !!
thank you
Show LessHi,
We are preparing for FCC cert. One of the FCC requirements is to transmit a modulated signal at or near 100% duty cycle. I am not sure how or if I can do this. Has anyone any experience with this?

Show LessDoes anyone know what the bdHandle parameter is and how it's to be passed?
I've iterated several hardware designs but everything I try leads to a code 43 error. I'm using osh park to manufacture the boards. Using Saturn PCB design I've calculated the impedance width of 45 mil. I've included my design files. What do I need to change to get it to work appropriately?
The only time I've had any success is when I do not copper fill the entire board and route the traces without any tvs, resistors, or capactors attached. Yet without the tvs, its functionality lasted only a couple of hours before it was no longer functional. Thanks for the help.
Show LessHello,
When I try to compile the code including the function of CapSense_GetSensorCp() in the project with Capsense block, the system always fail with "Build error: undefined reference to `CapSense_GetSensorCp'",anybody know it?
Show LessI have BLE pioneer kit , which has only 5 buttons but I like to test the functionality of my application using more than 12 CapSense buttons (CSD for the moment). I read all or most of cypress CapSense documents but never found a document introducing simpler way to build them on bread board than just building them on PCB. is it possible and how?
Show LessUsing the PSoC4 Pioneer Kit and a 500 PPR encoder I am trying to get it to count up when I turn the encoder in one direction then count down hen turned it the other direction; but it is not working correctly.
When I turn the encoder in what I believe to be the count-up direction (A leads B) it does count up.
When I turn the encoder in the count-down direction (B leads A) it does NOT count down.
It just toggle back-and-forth between two values.
I capture the counts through Hyper Terminal and log them to a .txt file.
My project and the text file are attached.
I manually edited the .txt file to give indicators when I changed encoder direction.
Thank you,
Doug
Show LessHi, I may be going a little senile, but I want to simply connect the CYBLE 012011-00 device to a Microchip PIC via the Rx and Tx lines to use the device as a simple serial link. I have done this on an HC05 module and I only need 4 lines to connect (GND, +5v, Rx, Tx). I am trying to figure out which of the 31 pins on the CYBLE 012011-00 to use. The power pins are simple, but there appear a number of Rx and Tx lines. I guess the CYBLE 012011-00 has two UARTS (SCB0 and SCB1) and there are two RX lines and two Tx lines for each of these. I do not know which ones to use in CYSPP mode. Similarly, I cannot find which pins are the CYSPP and CP_ROLE pins as these need asserting low. Can anyone help please? Thank you, Chris
Show LessI want to use thermistor component in my design. Default values is max 50 degrees but I need 100.
What resistance parameters I need enter to configuration ?
