How good is the phase locked loop on the PSOC 4?
I'm seeing clock stop for a tiny bit every so often.
I see you have an issue here:
But, is the same IP used in the phase locked loop on PSOC 4?
I only change the divisor and the fractional divisor.
I never stop it.
It is set to start up automatically in the system-wide resources.
Is there an errata on this? An application note? Any document?
What if we reference our clock to a USB device?
A crystal?
Which is most reliable?
Need some external reference.

我通过定时器设置中断时间写compare值实现呼吸灯,这些值来自正弦波的数组,256个等级,实现8s一个周期,所以定时16ms。
问题描述:灯光随机会出现闪一下的现象。
问题排查:1.我怀疑是写进去的值与实际的值不一样,就打印了XX_ReadCompare()值,结果与数组的值一致,用示波器看波形,发现灯闪的时候,波形也没有跳变的过程。
2.当PWM的clock从256k改到12M时,这种闪一下的概率会非常低,但是还是会出现。
附件是我测试用的工程,请帮忙分析一下。

I'm considering an application of many buttons with CapSense - CSD in PSoC 4L. How many sensors can I prepare?
According to the PSoC 4/6 CapSense Design Guide (Table 3-3), 68 and 22 sensors are available for CSD0 and CSD1, respectively. However, according to PSoC Creator Component Datasheet - CapSense (Widget Sensing element(s) in Basic Tab), Button Widgets seem to have a limit of 32 sensors per CSD Component.
Does that mean I can prepare max 55 (32 + 22) sensors in PSoC 4L?

We are considering DC/DC(switching) power supply for BLE module(CYBLE-222014-01).
Does the switching frequency of the power supply affect the performance of the BLE module?
If there is a performance impact, which switching frequency should I choose?(500kHz, 1MHz, 4MHz...)

I just wrote a simple program of one LED light blinking at 500 milliseconds delay. I would like to upload this program to the Psoc board, but am unable to upload the program. I try to do this with 2 methods.
1 - Is seen in the image titled "Cntrl + f5". I simply click on the program, but nothing is appearing in the menu.
2 - Is seen in the image "6" through the bootloader. I'm unable to find the .cyacd file in the debug folder of the project nor at the .dep folder.
I hope I could clearly tell you my problem. Please don't hesitate to ask further details. I also showed what programs I have installed.

There is the explanation about CapSense_CalibrateAllWidgets function like below.
and CapSense_CalibrateWidget function too.
Calibrates the IDACs for all widgets in the component to the default target (85% of maximum possible raw count) value.
But if we execute CapSense_CSDCalibrateWidget funcion and set to 60% target, do both CapSense_CalibrateAllWidgets and CapSense_CalibrateWidget functions
calibrate the IDACs to 60%?

I don't understand how to calculate ADC result in "millivolt [mV]" using ADC_1_ReadResult_mVolts() function.
I think that calculation is needed for ADC conversion value(digital value) to Voltage.
For example, Voltage = Vadc_in * 1024(10bit resolution) / Vdda.
I could get a value in [mV] with ADC_1_GetResult_mVolts() function.
But I couldn't find any calculation or I think I missed something.
Could anyone explain to me?
