Hi,
Can you please let us know if you are using SCB 1 for UART or SPI? Why do you want to connect the pin to ground? If you are using the SCB then we do not recommend connecting to ground.
Regards

If the pin has no function in your system, let is floating or connect 10k resistor to gnd.
If connect like yours, in case you set this pin to strong drive, it will damage your device, but if you can guarantee it, I think it is Ok, but it is not a good design idea.

Lingling,
You can see I really config self touch the unused pin to strong drive.
But 13pcs boards are still good. Can you explain from internal circuit?
Which config you recommend for the unused pin in the list below? Any difference with un used sensor?

Maybe you can let the chip work for a long time to let it damage. When you configure the pin "strong" drive, and let it connect to gnd.
In fact, I don't need to explain why the chip hasn't broken yet. I need to tell you that it is not allowed to do like this.

Lingling,
Do you think I config pull down will be ok? Chip will not be damaged?

It is suggested that configure the unused pin "Analog High Z" drive.

Thank you Lingling, we will modify sch and layout to keep pin17 floated as no water tolerance feature is required. We can close this topic, thanks alot!
