Hi,
I wish to know what's the better solution for the treatment of unused pin for devices CYBLE-012011-00 and CY8C40xx.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
If you are concerned about ESD regarding the processing of unused terminals, it is described in the application note.
The following is an excerpt:
It is recommended to set the pin to Hi-Z and pull-up / pull-down with an external resistor (1k to 10k Ohm).

Hello,
All unused GPIOs can be configured to Analog HI-Z unless there is a specific reason to use a different drive mode. A Pins Component’s port-wide drive mode may be set using the _SetDriveMode() function.
Please refer to the section '6.3 GPIOs' in the datasheet.
Thanks,
P Yugandhar.
