First I've heard of this on the forums, so I would guess not. It looks like it is a simple serial connection protocol however, so it would be easy to implement (although it looks to be associated with GPS functionality, and thus might not be workable without a GPS attached)

You're right this is for a UBlox M8C gps module. I founded a open source library RTKLib that include a that include a ublox.c functions. I'll try to adapte it to my psoc projet.
