What exactly do you need? There is the PSoC4 technical reference manual (TRM) available at http://www.cypress.com/?rID=78684 and a detailed data sheet at http://www.cypress.com/?rID=78632 . The Pioneet kit documentation is alsow very helpful: http://www.cypress.com/?rID=77780 .
Or are you looking for something specific?

This board is ~ $ 25, and gives you 2 processors, a PSOC 5LP and a PSOC 4.
You can program PSOC 4 with the 5LP, or program the 4 to do one set of functions,
then the 5LP for other advanced capabilties. Cannot beat the price/performance.

Note the board is Arduiono compatible, so you can take advantage
of the mass produced low cost shields to plug intop the Pioneer board
(shown in my post), like display, SDCARD, Relay, Power Drivers,
Zigbee, Wireless, Ethernet......... and board supports PMOD mini
boards as well.
