Hello Everyone!

Please help!

I cannot connet the device (IC).

I design my own board with CY8C4124LQA-S433 IC. But in "Select Debug Target" Window, I do not see my device. What is the problem?

Is there Anyone who can help me?

Hello.

Adding to Motoo suggestions:
Check voltage at Vccd.  It should be 1.8V.  Vccd should only have a capacitor connected to it and nothing else.

And, the wires from Kitprog to the target should not be long length.  5cm-10cm length is the limit.

Hi,

I would recommend you to download and check "PSoC 4 Hardware Design Considerations"

https://www.cypress.com/documentation/application-notes/an88619-psoc-4-hardware-design-consideration...

Especially check, 4. Power, 6. Reset and 7. Programming and Debugging sections.

And in the Appendix C. Schematic Checklist also helps...

Hi,

After posting my response, I remembered another possibility.

If you are using older version of PSoC Programmer, may be you need to update it.

Please download the newest PSoC Programmer from the URL below.

And update your programmer's firmware, too.

Hi,

There could be many many reasons to cause problem.

If updating the PSoC Programmer still does not help,

I would suggest you to post your board circuit, at least around the PSoC Device and Power, Ground , Reset Circuit, SWD connection..

One more thing, I'd like to ask you to check is

Check if VCCD is not connected to VDDD/VDDA.

I have over-looked this before, VCCD should not be connected to VDDD/VDDA.
