Reinstall PSoC 4.4 in new laptop

I have been using PSoC Creator 4.4 for my BLE designs past 4 years.

I want to install in a new laptop...

I have been successful in installing PSoC Creator 4.4.

My new laptop detects the KitProg USB-UART kit properly.

But the device is not visible in the PSoC Creator software in 'Target Debug device'. I tried all my known tricks. 

Please help...

Are you able to see KitProg USB-UART in device Manager>Ports?
