We are designing a battery operated device and plan on using a nano boost regulator to extend battery life, maximizing RF performance is also possible benefit, can you recommend or point to a graph of RF performance over Vddr?

Hello,
The RF performance would remain the same across VDDR. The supply to the RF sections are set internally through LDOs. Hence, external voltage does not affect the performance.
So, for optimal battery life, you can go with the lowest supported voltage level for the radio 1.9V (or 2.0V if you want to provide some headroom to account for variations in the power supply).
