Sorry to ask the question again ( forgot to mention CapSense CSD )but this is important. If using CapSense CSD component on CYBLE214015 the Cmod can not be routed to any pin, only to Pin33 which is, on the 32-pin package, not there. There is also a Pin34 for CSshield but this signal can be routed to another pin.

Choose Component "CapSense" instead of "CapSense CSD". Then the issue will be solved.
