Dear Sirs and Madams,
We are looking into flat spots.
I found the following description on page 109 of AN85951.
What are the "RM" converters listed here?
Please tell us what "RM" means.
Regards,

Hi @MaMi_1205306,
RM stands for ratiometric. RM converters are a part of the latest CapSense IP. This can be viewed as the architecture which is responsible for converting the sensor information (changes in capacitance) to digital format (raw counts).

Nikhil

"RM" is for ratio-metric, the method used in 5th generation Cap Sensing, available soon in new chips. We got the documentation available ahead of the physical parts.

Dear All,
There was no explanation for the RM converter in AN85951, and I searched various websites, but I didn't understand.
Thank you to everyone who taught me the ratio metric.
