Seems the Cmod pin in PSoC4000 series could be assigned to every pin of this chip. Actually, the datasheet recomemnd P0.4 as the Cmod dedicated pin.

Please refer an application note AN85951 - PSoC® 4 and PSoC® 6 MCU CapSense® Design Guide
There is a recommended pin list for the CMOD pin.
It says other pins can be used for CMOD from PSoC Creator 3.3 SP2 but the recommended pin is still P0[4].
