Hi.

My customer use PSoC 4100S Plus (CY8C4147AZI-S455 or CY8C4127AZI-S455).

I have additional questions from the Discussion below.

PSoC 4100S Plus IMO

>Sorry for that, even with the smooth working temperature (-10 ~ 70), it is hard to say we can guarantee ± 1% with only the internal osc.

>But it must be better than ± 2%. I checked some char data, with -10 ~ 70, the accuracy performance could approach ± 1.25% .

Could you inform me  what principle is used to make it ± 1.25%?

Asanum-san,

Sorry I might not described so clear in previous thread.

+/-1.25% is just an estimated value based on original char data of SID223.

SID233 defines the maximum frequency variation is +-/2%.

According to the char data of SID223, with the smooth working temperature (-10℃ ~ 70℃), the IMO variation tend to less than ± 1.25%.

But it can not be guaranteed.

Best Regards,

Ryan
