PSOC demo kit PCB file to check?

     Dear  CYPRESS:

              as we know , cypress provide the many demo kit for us to to learn it, when we want to design our pcb ,

we just find the brd file show as below, when i input the file with Altium designer, it show can't recognise the file type;

so which soft we can used to open it and refer to our new designer, tks;
