Hello,
PRoC (Programmable Radio on Chip) parts of devices do not have PrISM component which is a UDB( Universal Digital Block) based component and PRoC device does not have UDB. You can select any other part of PSoC family( Right Click on the PSoC project-> Device selector) and you will be able to find this component even in PC 4.1.
Thanks.

Which chip are you trying to use it on? The Prism component requires a LFSR to operate, which might have been removed?
Psoc Creator 3.3 is the last version it is supported on as far as I can tell; If you absolutely need to use it, try implementing your own component/software that does the same thing, or use the older creator version.
