您好，技术管理员。当我使用MiniProg4时，插入USB后，我发现该设备无法配备。故障现象为：模式指示灯闪烁，错误指示灯常亮。帮我看看问题是什么谢谢

从资源管理器里面能看到被枚举了吗？

你是否存在vdd和gnd短接的情况？

如果用cypress programmer是否可以升级？

按Mode Select 切换模式，现象是什么？

Hello, this is a new device. It has been used normally once before. After a failure, the USB cable is plugged in and the computer does not recognize the serial port. Because you press the custom APP button to enter the "Custom APP" mode.
