It seems like the firmware upgrade process was interrupted, which might have caused the device to not be recognized by the Device Manager. To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

  1. Disconnect the MiniProg4 from your computer.
  2. Press and hold the Reset button on the MiniProg4.
  3. While holding the Reset button, reconnect the MiniProg4 to your computer using the TypeC to TypeA cable.
  4. Release the Reset button after a few seconds.
  5. Check if the device is now recognized in the Device Manager.
  6. If the device is recognized, you can try upgrading the firmware again using the PSoC Programmer software. Make sure to follow the firmware upgrade instructions carefully to avoid any issues.

If the device is still not recognized or the firmware upgrade fails again, it's possible that the MiniProg4 may have been damaged during the previous firmware upgrade attempt. In this case, you might need to contact Infineon for further assistance.

Hi @lvjingax ,

Before jumping to any conclusion, can you please share an image of the instructions or commands that come up once it stops upgrading firmware?

Best Regards,

Aashita

The photos with errors at that time were not reserved, and the devices could not be enumerated in the Device Manager later. So now I don't know how to make the devices available, and I don't know whether the community can provide some help
