PSOC4000L datasheets says IMO clock accuracy to be ±2 percent accuracy across all frequencies with trim. The IMO trimming procedure is done on startup loading SFLASH trimmed values stored by custumer during production process. May these values differ from sample to sample or they are the same? Why an accuracy of only 2% is obtained? Could be possible to load different values to obtain a better accuracy of 2% (also without using WCO or USB lock functionality)?

To reduce clock error you need to measure against a known precise clock which is done in the trimming process at the factory. Over the temperature range this value is exact to 2%. When a more precise clock is needed you are required to use a crystal as reference.

So you mean the factory trimming process is made by Cypress is made chip by chip and it is already made with the better accuracy is possible?

YES, PSoC has trimming value for IMO.  Please refer following document.

PSoC 4200L Family PSoC 4 Architecture TRM, Document No. 001-97952

In addition, if PSoC 4200L is connected to a USB host, the IMO is calibrated with the SOF signal on the USB bus.
