There are two ways: (a) to pass clock trough some UDB component (e.g. TFF) or (b) the case described in former PSoC Sensei blog known as Pin clocking (a digital output pin configured for clocking). To see pin configuration you can download PSoC4 demo project from ButtonSW32 demos

ButtonSw32: button switch debouncer component

For pin configuration you don't have to download the component itself, you need only ButtonSw_P4_pin_clock.proj from a Demos folder.
