Does anyone know if the FM0+ Cortex M0 processors can be debugged and programmed through PSOC creator using the UART bootloader board that can be broken away from the CY8CKIT-049-42XX evaluation kit? Thanks.

They don't follow the same protocol
Psoc kitprog runs open OCD
For the fm0 you need a JTAG programmer
Keep in mind they where different manufacturers FM#s where made by spansion
so the architecture is que different
If you had a segger programmer debug board then it would work for both
