CY8C4045AZI controller stopped working

hi all

i am using CY8C4045AZI controllers from 1 year , i didn't get any problems. recently i got a problem in some controllers.

those having same problem. after running continuously 6 months they stopped working. i am trying load the firmware into controllers with debugger. debugger went to mass storage programming mode.

can anyone suggest which parameters i have to check and how to resolve the problem.

Hi,

What do you use for the debugger?
If you are using KitProg2 (used in the PSoC4 Pioneer Kit), are the LEDs blinking?
Try pressing the mode switch to switch the debugger mode.

thanks for the reply,i already tried it went back to debugger mode then i trying to load the firmware to those modules, again debugger went to mass storage debugger mode.
