CY8C4024FNI-S412T tape specifications?

I am working with Xeltek to make a SuperBOT4 automatic programmer work with the WLCSP 25 version of the PSoC4000S (part number CY8C4024FNI-S412T).  In order to spec out a waffle pack to hold the chips prior to programming, Xeltek would like to find the dimensions of the tape carrier that these chips are shipped in but I can't find that information anywhere on line.  Does anyone have a resource that provides the dimensions of the tape carrier slots that CY8C4024FNI-S412T are shipped in?
