customer feedback false trigger issue when the temperatures change dramatically such as the car was in the sun for serval hours, it will be high temperature in the car,
and now we open air conditioner , the temperature will slow down from high to low fastly, the fales triggering issue occur. i find blow the function in capsense v3.0 higher;
when custoemr used capsense v2.0, how we help customer to set IDAC, capsense v2.0 has no place to set value. show in figure2, below:

Hi David,
if the temperature pulled down to a low level by AC, the baseline may fall fast and trigger low baseline reset. But if the temperature can be stable at the low level, rawcount and baseline should be similar and won't cause false trigger, unless there are more complex environment factor change.
Recommend to share with us the project and dynamic rawcount and baseline tuner data when the issue happened which will can help us to analyze it better.
If the project is customer confidential, suggest to create an SFDC case for further discussing and tracking.
No matter CapSense_CSD 3.x/4.x/5.x or CapSense_CSD 2.0, if IDAC auto-calibration is checked, IDAC will not be able to be changed by users.
In CapSense_CSD 2.0, unchecked Auto-calibration, you can tune IDAC at the place shown in the below picture.
Thanks,
Ryan
