Hello,
I want to know why Acutual EEPROM size is twice EEPROM size like below.
Are there any documents that are explained?
Best regards,

Hi Yocchi-San,
The Actual EEPROM size is twice the EEPROM size because the actual size allocated includes an overhead for wear levelling and redundant copy implementations.
You can refer to the below screenshot and this information is present in the Emulated EEPROM (Em_EEPROM) 2.0 Component datasheet - https://www.cypress.com/file/390316/download

The actual EEPROM size is larger than user set in EEPROM Size, even though redundant copy is no and wear level factor is none.
Because it requires some internal logic operation for EEPROM Component to simulate the Flash more like a EEPROM other than bare Flash operation.
