Hello,

I would like to monitor 9 lanes or more of power, but PSoC 4200L's PowerMonitor component can only set up to 8 lanes.

Is there a way to monitor more lanes?

As ADC can measure 16 channels, I think that it is not a hardware restriction.

Thanks,

Shimamura

Hello Shimamura-san,

The SAR ADC has eight dedicated inputs to the SAR MUX. We restricted the PowerMonitor_P4 component to 8 channels so it will only use these inputs. It has the eight dedicated inputs, two inputs for the AMUXBUS A/B (circled in orange below), two for the CTBm routing (circled in green below) and one for the temp sensor. Restricting the PowerMonitor to eight channels frees up the AMUXBUS and CTBm for other functionality.
