If CLKA3(14pin) is not used, please tell me pin proccessing of unused pin(CLKA3) as an "EMI" countrmeasure? Is CLKA3(14pin) open? Or is it necessary to add the capacitor? (Other port condition): CLKB1, CLKB2, CLKB3, and CLKB4 are not driven.
In addition, they found the following application note ,it is described that If EMI is a problem, mount a 5pF to 10pF capacitor during testing on page 6.

My project uses the PLL Cypress CY27410FLTXI chip. I want to program it through the I2C interface using the I2C master implemented in FPGA. The configuration data is in the FPGA memory. In order to program it, I need to write 384 bytes of configuration data via I2C (128 bytes for the CM area and 256 for Profile_0 area). The I2C interface only addresses 256 bytes. How do I program CY27410FLTXI?

Though CY2907 is obsolete, I a need 5Volt PLL for under a $1 so the CY2907FX8 seems perfect.
One (obscure) website shows old new 59392 pcs in stock $0.953 for 100 units.
It will use a crystal input of 14-17MHz range.
I need two settings:
4x pll then divided by 9
4x pll then divided by 7
Both with X1 crystal ref output as 2nd clock.
Can it do that and does cypress support programming of this part?

Hi.
We bought CY22801KFXC chips from DIgi-key
But the function is not the same as what we want.
We want the chip to behave as I2C slave, And from the data sheet we got to now about the multi-functional pins [3,5,7] and
that pins are should be in the mode of "G" , how to configure the modes .
Or we have to buy the already configured IC with the mode of 'G' and where we have to buy.
