Hi,

I would like to have confirmation whether the temperature sensor KT100 is really a non-RoHS compliant component.

At some distributors, it is marked as non-compliant but in the datasheet is no clear indication of that.

Can you please confirm the RoHS compliance status?

My customer is looking for TVS with Low clamping voltage  ( below 10Volts) at IEC61000-4-2  for Vrwm=5V.

The  competitor is uClamp0501T.　( I attached the capture of data sheet for comparison)

Yes, Customer knows  competitors product -test condition is 2.5Gs/s, and also  ours are 20Gs/s, ( so high)  but

he says Vcl= 5.6V  is  so low....

<Criteria>

*Vrwm=5V

*Either Uni-direction/Bi-direction   OK ,  Either　1-protected line/2-protected line is OK . ( 1-line is better)

*Vcl should be lower ( lower than 10V, hopefully.)

<Question>

Would you advice me the part number for replace the competitors part uClamp0501T ?

I think ESD230-B1-W0201 is the best solution for replace, also, ESD5V3U2U may be OK.
