Hello Infineon


Here am with TLE9471 board and am trying to communicate with it over SPI , as the initial SPI transaction testing am trying to read the contents of "Family and Product information Register" (0x7E00) over the SPI here am seeing received contents are "0x0000",
I believe as per the data sheet it should be 0x5F.

FYI, all the SPI configurations are matching to the SBC requirements and I have tried to send both upper & lower 16bits at a time and as well individually 8 bits, both cases am seeing same response.

Please do the needful in resolving it.

Does anyone know the production status of the PN IRFY044CM? It's a MOSFET N-Channel. It's not on the Infineon website. However, I found a datasheet for the part. https://www.irf.com/product-info/datasheets/data/irfy044c.pdf. Thank you for your help.

My device address CY8C9520A-24 is set via the "extentable soft addressing" function to 0x23.

I observe that the device performs clock stretching not only when interrogated on its address, but also on the addresses of other devices with different addresses.

Is it normal?

I attach some waveforms.

In the first  the clock stretching on the address 0x23 in the attempt to read the register 0x0A.
In the following the clock stretching performed on the addresses of other devices, one present and one not connected.

Have an IC (TSOP6) with the type code AGs (and the number 35).

The "s" may indicate that it is a Siemens and now Infineon circuit.

Does anyone know what this circuit may be?

We are a group of students from the Wirtschaftsakademie Nordakademie in the north of Hamburg.
 
As part of a project for the module Innovation Management, we are looking for alternative application areas for a platform-based surface analysis tool.
In the course of this, we are using the ISAA method to find alternative areas of application by explaining the advantages of the technology.
 
Does anyone know of a problem area/area of application where the following benefits could be advantageous (there is no industry fixation here, the more creative the better)?
 
The platform offers:
(Soil) surface analysis based on satellite images
Bundling and processing of operational data in the forum
Integration of weather data (forecast and history)
Live communication (colleagues, employees, etc.)
